"Rosie worked calmly and reassuringly with me, helping me develop my own self awareness to look behind my feelings and fears at what I needed, wanted and found important. Her manner was non-judgemental, person-centred and gave me space and grace to talk things through. I found a new peace, confidence and self-care that is daily helping not just with initial issues but more broadly in my life. Thank you Rosie!"
